The Bible calls us to love God and love people. Listen.One helps people love other people by making it easy for them to find and get to know each other.
In Mark 12:31, Jesus teaches: “‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
Loving our neighbors that live in our town, but don’t cross our normal routines of life is a challenge. How are your congregation members to love on those who aren’t easy to find when their normal routines of life create comfort zones that keep them from seeking meaningful interaction with people? We believe that actively loving our neighbors starts with listening.
Listen.One exists because of three reasons: we believe we are made to love everyone, we believe in the Holy Spirit to guide us, and we believe that Jesus can impact anyone’s life.
We partner with churches in two specific ways:
First, we provide an easy yet impactful service opportunity for church members looking for a way to connect with people within their communities. Volunteer requirements are as straightforward as listening on the phone or in person. We provide all the communication scripts and graphics needed to share with your church members on video, email and/or social media.
Second, we utilize our Google Grant by creating advertising campaigns that specifically reach people that your church is trying to connect with. The result is that more people in your community are reached and possibly introduced to your church.
